Aside from being part of the main cast of “LOST” for over six years, he also appeared in many supporting roles afterwards on shows like “How I Met Your Mother”, “Californication” and “Once Upon A Time”. During the last season of “LOST”, he and his girlfriend Bethany James Leigh Shady did a podcast about the show. Ever since 2013, he is part of the main cast of “Hawaii Five-O”.
