Over the course of its eight-year-run, "Will & Grace" won a total of 16(!) Primetime Emmy Awards. Besides all the accolades for the actors (Best Lead Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor/Actress), the sitcom was also awarded the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2000 and for Outstanding Directing in 2001, 2002, and 2003.
