Mel Stewart wasn´t only a successful actor, he was also a very talented musician with his favorite instrument being the saxophone. He played roles in a number of shows suche as "All in the Family" and "Harry O". On top of that he was an acting coach at the San Francisco State University. Sadly Stewart died due to Alzheimers back in 2002 at the age of 72.
