Charlie Sheen was literally deleted from the scripts of "Two and a Half Men" after insulting producer Chuck Lorre on several different occasions due to over intoxication and drug abuse. To add insult to injury, in the final episode of the show, Charlie made an alleged return series only to be crushed by a piano in the very last scene... How fun!
