Brandon Lee, the son of Bruce Lee, is first on our list. During production of the movie "The Crow", he was accidentally shot by co-star Michael Massee. Due to time delays, the producers decided to use blank ammunition for all the shooting scenes. Later it was revealed that they had left a live bullet inside the chamber leading to Brandon getting shot. He died at the young age of 28.
