Simon Baker, a.k.a "Patrick Jane" starred in the hit series "The Mentalist". "Jane" is a reliable consultant for the Californian Bureau of Investigations. With the help of his keen observing abilities and people skills, not to mention his former career as a "psychic," he is able to help the bureau solve hundreds of intense cases. "Patrick's" motivation for his detective work is quite sad actually: His wife and kid were both murdered by the serial killer "Red John".
