Wil Wheaton was on the show for "Star Trek: The Next Generation" for three and one quarter seasons before leaving the show to pursue other projects. He made occasional appearances on the show, but eventually decided to attend acting school full time. He currently lives in Arcadia, California with his wife and two sons.
