Yes, as unbelievable as it seems, this really is Charlize Theron! So as to be able to authentically portray the murderer "Aileen Wuornos" in "Monster" the actresses face had to be changed dramatically. The hard work was worth it though, and Charlize won an Oscar for Best Actress for her performance.
