Entertainer Jerry Van Dyke died on 5th January at eighty-six surrounded by his family. Jerry was Dick Van Dyke's brother and first found fame appearing in his brother's show "The Dick Van Dyke Show", but went on to have a successful career of his own. He was best known for his role in the TV series "Coach".
