Heidi and Spencer Pratt first found fame on MTV's "The Hills". Heidi is also known for having had 10! plastic surgery procedures at once and drastically changing her appearance in 2010. They were "Celebrity Big Brother" housemates in January 2013 and went on to become runner-ups (losing to Rylan Clark). In 2017 they re-entered the "Celebrity Big Brother" house!
