Steven Spielberg's epic historical drama "Schindler's List" portrays the horrific circumstances that many Jews found themselves in during the second world war. "Oskar Schindler" saves Jewish workers from being transported to concentration camps and killed. To express their profound thanks, they give him a ring engraved with the folllowing: "Whoever saves one life, saves the world entire". Schindler is both deeply touched and guilty at not having done more for the Jewish cause. It is a deeply moving scene!
