Clint Eastwood in "Gran Torino"
In the film "Gran Tarino", the children of war veteran "Walt Kowalski's" neighbours, "Thao" and "Sue" have been hassled by a gang for some time. One day, the situation escalates dramatically and the gang take shots at the children's home. "Walt", played by Clint Eastwood, feels that he is partly to blame for the gang's actions. So he confronts the gang and provokes them until they shoot him. In doing so, he makes sure that the gang end up in prison, at the same time creating one of the most emotional film moments in acting history.
