Timothy Dalton was Roger Moore's successor. His first appearance was in the 1987 "Bond" film "The Living Daylights", and he played the agent agent in the 1989 installement "Licence To Kill, alongside Carey Lowell. After two films, Dalton did not want to be "007" anymore.
