When cancer-stricken "Izzy" plans "Meredith" and "Derek's" wedding, only for the tables to be completely turned and for "Alex" to lead her up to the altar! An incredibly moving episode! The couple get married in front of friends and family, before the severely ill doctor has to fight for her life with renewed vigor.
