Aside from his tremendous work on the films based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s famous books, McKellen has always been a stage performer and still is today, even in his late seventies. Many moviegoers also know him as “Magneto” from an array of “X-Men” films and he also lend his voice to “Cogsworth”, the majordomo, who was cursed into a pendulum clock, for the live-action adaptation of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast”.
