Cynthia Nixon was perfect for the role of the conservative lawyer Miranda Hobbes. Amusingly enough, Cynthia and Sarah had known each other long before they were both casted for "Sex and the City". Back in 1982, they both starred in the TV movie "My Body, My Child!"-
