The death of Oscar winner and style-icon Grace Kelly on September 13, 1982 was definitely a tragedy. For reasons unknown, Kelly's car drove over the edge of a cliff where she plunged 35 yards before her car burst into flames. She suffered multiple fractures, including a broken thighbone, collar bone as well as a few fractured ribs. Her 17-year-old daughter, at the time, Stephanie survived the crash which lead the media to believe that she was in fact driving and had purposely killed her mother. She has denied all accusations numerous times in dozens of interviews, but no one will ever know for sure.
