The U.S. sitcom "Family Matters" ran successfully for almost ten years (1989-1998) on CBS and tells the story of the African-American middle class family "Winslow", who lives in a suburb of Chicago. For a total of nine seasons, the audience marveled at the life of the "Winslows" and their neighbors - the families "Urkel" and "Niedermeyer".
