"Cindy Lou Who" realises that the "Grinch" is not as evil as he appears. She sees that he is actually sad at heart instead of bad and wants to help him. "Cindy" persuades the Grinch to return all the Christmas presents he stole and to celebrate Christmas with the "Whos".
