David Tomlinson started his acting career at the theatre and conquered the movie industry five years later. During the second World War, he had to interrupt his career since he was drafted. After the war, he resumed his career as an actor and starred in "Tom Jones" or "Bedknob and Broomsticks". The actor died in 2000, at the age of 83.
