Mayor "Augustus May Who" was one of the "Whos" who made fun of the "Grinch" when he was at school. He wants to celebrate Christmas without the "Grinch", but when "Cindy" invites him to the annual Christmas party he agrees that the "Grinch" can come. The "Grinch" was in love with "Martha Whovier", as a child as she was the only one who did not make fun of him. When "Augustus" proposes to "Martha" at the Christmas party, all the bad memories that the "Grinch" has come back to him and he is more set than ever on ruining Christmas for the "Whos".
